The State Security Service of Ukraine informed about suspicion in collaborator activity and war crimes to Yevhen Balytsky, head of occupation «administration of Zaporizhzhia oblast», Berdyansk «mayor» Oleksandr Saulenko, appointed by occupants, and Volodymyr Stelmachenko, «director» of Berdyansk Sea Port. As State Security Service informs they helped Russia to steal Ukrainian grain on the temporary occupied territories of the Ukrainian South.
