Russian occupants strengthened access control in all municipal and governmental institutions of Kakhovka district. Violators are threatened with 3 days arrest, in accordance with \u00abdecree\u00bb # 97-P from July 13, 2022 issued by \u00a0Volodymyr Leontjev, \u00abhead of Kakhovka district\u00bb and collaborator.<\/strong><\/p>\n

As the Center for Journalist Investigations reports, under \u00abaccess control\u00bb all people entering above mentioned institutions will be searched, in order to uncover \u00aban evidence of their possible participation in terrorist action on the territory of Kakhovka administrative district\u00bb. All \u00absuspicious persons\u00bb will be transferred to the Russian Armed Forces and occupation \u00ablaw-enforcement bodies\u00bb. There is no precise definition of \u00abevidence\u00bb. It can be anything: selfie with Ukrainian flag made 10 years ago; ringtone as the Ukrainian anthem etc. Anybody is at risk of becoming hostage of Russian invaders.<\/p>\n

As the CJI reported, Volodymyr Leontjev \u00abintroduced\u00bb<\/a> \u00abtemporary access control regime\u00bb on the territory of all municipal enterprises and institutions including secondary schools, kindergartens and professional training schools. These restrictions were aimed at forbidding access for legitimate managers and personnel of institutions who refused to cooperate with occupation authorities.<\/p>\n

Collaborator Volodymyr Saldo appointed by Russian occupants issued \u00abdecree\u00bb on July 14, 2022 about \u00abbringing to responsibility\u00bb people who \u00abdisseminate false information about Russian authorities\u00bb. He threatened to expel all \u00abviolators\u00bb out of Kherson region within 24 hours. However, he did not clarify where exactly \u00abviolators\u00bb will be expelled.<\/p>\n
