They seize all bank offices on occupied territory of Kherson region. Aggressor attempts to integrate Kherson region into its banking system and rout out Ukrainian Hryvnia.<\/strong><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Numerous witnesses informed <a href=\"https:\/\/investigator.org.ua\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">the Center for Journalist Investigations<\/a> about the seizure of Ukrgazbank office.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abGazel\u00bb auto with Ukrainian plates came to bank office in the morning. Bandit like people got out and tried to cut entrance doors. Then, they entered and brought something in and out. Igor Filipchuk, local collaborator and father of \u00abhead of Kakhovka\u00bb Pavlo Filipchuk, also participated in the seizure\u00bb, as Kakhovka inhabitants told the CJI.<\/p>\n<p>Earlier Russian occupants robbed offices of other banks located in the center of Kakhovka \u2013 \u00abMTB-bank\u00bb and \u00abOshadbank\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>As witnesses reported Olena Filipchuk, mother of \u00abhead of Kakhovka\u00bb, helped occupants to steal the property of banks.<\/p>\n<p>Currently, premises of seized banks are used by occupation authorities as \u00absocial services\u00bb to deliver \u00absocial assistance\u00bb in the amount of 10 thousand Russian Rubles.<\/p>\n<p>Recently, office of A-Bank (Mykolaivske shose) stopped its work in Kherson, as local inhabitants informed in social media. It has been the last bank office where Kherson residents could withdraw cash from their bank cards without commission.<\/p>\n<p>Russian invaders attempt to move Ukrainian Hryvnia out of temporary occupied territory of Kherson region. in order to introduce \u00abRuble zone\u00bb, they use \u00ab<a href=\"https:\/\/investigator.org.ua\/ua\/news-2\/242385\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Mezhdunarodny raschetny bank<\/a>\u00bb from so-called \u00abSouthern Ossetia\u00bb (Georgian territory occupied by the Russian Federation in 2008) which worked in \u00abLNR\u00bb and \u00abDNR\u00bb as well as Russian \u00abPromsvyazbank\u00bb.
