The Center for Journalist Investigations uncovered three families of citizens of Russia, Lithuania, Latvia and Ukraine, connected with the network of retired senior officers of Russian intelligence services, headed by Colonel General Viktor Komogorov, ex-Deputy Director of FSB. It is group of companies \u00abEkohidrotechnika\u00bb, conducting dredging works in ports of Russian Federation, Lithuania and Latvia. It is part of another business group of FSB officers \u2013 GDP Group. More detailed information about it read in the <\/strong>investigation of CJI<\/strong><\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Group of companies \u00abEkohidrotechnika\u00bb (EHT Group) was launched in 1990 when part of technological fleet of Soviet company \u00abBaltmorput\u00bb was privatized. The Group opened a number of interrelated legal entities in Lithuania, Latvia, Russia, USA, Germany, Switzerland, Cyprus and Malta.<\/p>\n

Members of Borodins family, residing in Riga, have worked as directors and \\ or owners in these companies. Born in Ukrainian Vinnytsia oblast, 68 years old Aleksandr Viktorovich Borodin<\/strong>, citizen of Ukraine and Latvia, was recruited by the KGB<\/a> in 1983 when he worked as navigator in Soviet \u00abBaltmorput\u00bb. He has headed companies of EHT Group in USA, Germany and Switzerland. He is final beneficiary of Cypriote company Celleton Holdings Limited, the owner of dredgers \u00abAstra\u2019 \u0456 \u00abPoseidon I\u00bb.<\/p>\n

Son of Borodin, 44 years old Aleksandrs Borodins<\/strong>, and his wife Karina Borodina<\/strong> have been founders and directors of Group\u2019s several companies in Latvia, Russia and Cyprus. For example, Borodins-junior works as director of Lithuanian \u00abGreen Line Shipping<\/a>\u00bb (its beneficiary is Ukrainian citizen from Mariupol Volodymyr Litovkin<\/strong>). It is the owner of Russian LLC \u00abBaltgeotrest\u00bb which, in its turn, has been co-founder of LLC \u00abBaltinvestproekt\u00bb, together with retired FSB Colonel General Viktor Komogorov and his business partner Akhmed Dzamikhov.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Since 2014, businessman Akhmed Dzamikhov<\/strong> has been founder and director of several companies, connected with retired generals of Russian intelligence services: \u00abBaltinvestproekt\u00bb, \u00abIVEK\u00bb, \u00abGDP Group\u00bb, GDP Geo\u00bb etc.<\/p>\n

Dzamikhov is married to Lithuanian citizen Lilia Bastene-Dzamikhova<\/strong>. He had business with her before their marriage (winery in Kaliningrad). Their son Artur Dzamikhov<\/strong> is also involved into business with FSB officers. In 2023, his father transferred him a share in LLC \u00abGDP Group\u00bb, founder of \u00abInternational Fund of Sustainable Development\u00bb. Senior managers of the Fund are retired generals Viktor Komogorov and Viktor Orlov.<\/p>\n\n\t\t
