In Crimea, numerous people call themselves «volunteers» and support bloody Russian aggression against Ukraine. They deliver food, clothes, camouflage nets, drugs, drones and thermal cameras to Russian occupants.

At first, we focus on those «volunteers» who have already received suspicions from Ukrainian prosecutors or State Security Service of Ukraine in collaborative activity (article 111-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine). We highlight those figures who are permanent suppliers or senior managers of «charitable funds» of Russian invaders.

«Kindness of world – volunteers of Crimea». Director – Valeria Petrusevych

Charitable fund «Dobro mira – volontery Kryma» [«Kindness of world – volunteers of Crimea»] is among the most visible volunteer organizations, favored by Russian occupation authorities. It has been headed by 39 years old Valeria Valeriivna Petrusevych. Born in Crimea, she has worked as host of TV morning broadcasts at Ukrainian State TV company «Krym» in 2005-2006. Then, she was employed as real estate agent by construction company «SoyuzStroiTekhnologia» co-founded by her mother-in-law. Her father-in-law Vitalii Petrusevych is former member of Simferopol City Council from electoral block «For Yanukovych». He is a founder of Russian «clones» of Ukrainian companies. One of them is LLC «NPP «Plastopolimer». Its minority co-founders include «SoyuzStroiTekhnologia» and Ukrainian company «Ukrsotskapital».

Andrii Petrusevych, husband of Valeria Petrusevych, has mobilized Crimean inhabitants to join PMC «Wagner». His sister Kateryna Nesterenko is an activist of fund «Kindness of world». The State Security Service of Ukraine issued suspicion in collaborative activity to all three persons.

Fund «Kindness of world» has several offices in Crimean cities and villages. They raise money for the needs of Russian invaders. They buy clothes, food, drugs, equipment, drones, devices of radio electronic protection and cars. The fund has acquired 86 cars for Russian troops during Russian full scale invasion in Ukraine.

She has worked in governmental architectural and construction inspection. Since 2017, she has been individual entrepreneur (her profile is advertisement). Anastasia Pinchuk calls her organization «ZOV sertsa» and uses Latin letters because letter «Z» became an informal symbol of Russian aggression against Ukraine.

Her organization regularly raises money for various needs of Russian invaders – drugs, food, camouflage nets, heating devises and drones. Pinchuk delivers «humanitarian aid» to Russian occupants in person. She told Russian propagandist media «RIA novosti» that all her family members were involved in the activity of her organization. Her father repairs cars for Russian troops, her mother prepares vegetables for soups and cereals and makes trench candles, her brother is «an armed volunteer» whereas her husband, Russian policeman, gives money for gasoline to travel to the front line. She actively promotes her «humanitarian trips». She easily makes her selfies on ruins of Ukrainian cities bombarded by Russian occupants.

In June 2024, the State Security Service of Ukraine issued suspicion in absentia in collaborative activity to Anastasia Pinchuk.
